Download a whole Airtable base, every table at once.

Airtable exports one view at a time, as CSV, without attachments. This gives you the entire base in one zip: a CSV and a JSON file per table, the schema with every field type, and the attachment files. Access is read-only and we forget it after 30 minutes.

Connect Airtable

Create one at airtable.com/create/tokens with the scopes data.records:read and schema.bases:read, and add the bases you want. Read-only scopes mean we can't change anything. Airtable advises against sharing personal tokens with other services, so make a fresh, read-only one for this and delete it afterwards.

No token handy?

What's in the zip

  • A CSV per table, ready for Excel, Sheets or re-import. Linked records show by name.
  • A JSON per table with every value and record ID.
  • schema.json: every table, field, type and option.
  • Attachment files, by table and record (up to 250 MB).

What it can't include

  • Automations, interfaces and view filters: Airtable's API doesn't expose them to anyone.
  • Record comments. Airtable's API has them, but this export doesn't ask for that permission.
  • Records already deleted. For those, check Airtable's trash within 7 days.
